Head-quartered in Hyderabad, we deliver pan-India — Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Kochi, Vizag and Tier-2 cities. Materials, joinery and hardware are sourced globally and manufactured at our own three-acre facility on HOMAG (Germany) and CEFLA (Italy) production lines.
Luxury and premium residences (villas, penthouses, apartments), business centers and corporate offices, colleges and schools, project offices for real-estate developers, and club houses for premium residential communities. What we protect is the standard, not the size — a single villa or a full campus, same team, same accountability.
A luxury residence usually runs 14 – 22 weeks from design sign-off. Business centers and educational campuses are planned in phased handovers of 8 – 16 weeks per phase. We commit to a dated Gantt schedule at contract stage and review it weekly.
Design and detailing typically begin within a week of sign-off. Site mobilisation follows the manufacturing lead time — usually 4 – 6 weeks after drawings are frozen, so joinery arrives ready-to-install rather than being built on site.
We quote per project, not per square foot alone. Design fee, factory cost, on-site execution and third-party procurement are itemised so you see exactly where the money goes. Use our interior cost calculator on the site for an indicative range by sector, standard and area.
Yes — a single villa, an apartment interior, a boutique office of 2,000 sq. ft. or one club-house block. Minimum engagement is defined by scope, not floor area. What we protect is the standard, not the size.
Absolutely. We collaborate with external architects, interior designers and PMCs regularly. In that case FORRE acts as the manufacturing and execution partner while your architect leads design intent — with a single point of accountability on the ground.
Yes. Premium real-estate developers regularly engage FORRE for experience centers, project offices, sample apartments and club houses across residential townships — designed and delivered as brand-grade environments that help sell the project itself.
Veneers, solid woods, natural stone, engineered stone, PU and lacquer finishes, plus premium hardware from Blum, Hettich, Häfele, Salice and equivalents. All wet-area, fire and acoustic materials are IS / EN certified. Every material is traceable on the BOQ.
Because tolerances, timelines and finish are only controllable when we own the line. Our HOMAG (Germany) CNC and CEFLA (Italy) finishing lines give sub-millimetre precision, factory-controlled dust and humidity, and traceability from raw sheet to installed panel.
Ten years on factory-made joinery, five years on installed millwork, and manufacturer warranties on all sourced hardware and appliances — documented at handover. Snag resolution runs on a 72-hour SLA in the first year.
Yes. Every handover includes a care manual, spares kit and an annual maintenance option. Our service team responds within 72 hours for warranty items and 5 working days for out-of-warranty requests.
